How the check works

Connect your society
Sign in with your member login. We download your distribution statements and read every work, co-writer share and payment line. Nothing in your account changes.

Confirm your splits
For each work, tell us the share you actually agreed — from a split sheet, a publishing contract or an agreement with your co-writers. Works you don’t confirm are treated as correct.

Claim the difference
Where your society paid you a smaller share than your split, we write an evidence report from the original statements and submit the claim for you.

No subscription and nothing up front. If a claim recovers nothing, you pay nothing.

What we do with your login
Read-only
We only read your statements and works. We never change anything in your society account.
Encrypted, then deleted
Your login is encrypted on our server and used only to sync. Disconnect and it’s deleted.
Bank details stay out
Your payment statement is read for the totals. It carries your bank account, so we never keep it.
Checked every morning
New statements are picked up automatically, so you don’t have to remember to check.
